Currently in Thailand, filter press dehydrators are the mainstream technology for wastewater treatment.
However, this system poses some major challenges.

As it is used, dry sludge gradually accumulates inside the filter, and once the pressure gauge reaches the red zone, manual removal and cleaning are required. This is a highly demanding task.

For small-scale plants with minimal sludge, this task every 2-3 days isn’t a serious issue. However, for medium to large-scale facilities where sludge is generated in large volumes, labor shortages and workload increases for staff are becoming serious concerns.

We recommend switching to a screw press dehydrator.

This method has a filterless design, eliminating clogging and manual cleaning.
Ring filters rotate automatically, and built-in shower nozzles self-clean them efficiently.

Even in cases with oily sludge like from food factories, clogging is minimized, and stable dehydration is possible.

The screw rotates inside the cylinder to compress the sludge.
The dehydrated sludge automatically drops into a flexible container (FIBC bag) below.

Once full, you simply replace the bag.
